Refund policy

Returns for Damaged or Faulty Products

We accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that remain unopened. Unfortunately, due to dietary supplement regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened packages
  • Products where customers are unsatisfied with efficacy or results
  • Sale items

Refunds and Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases or opened products.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you did not achieve a specific physical or aesthetic outcome or experienced adverse reactions to any ingredients listed on the product.

These circumstances are not considered a result of product fault or damage.


Receiving Damaged Products

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, products can occasionally be damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please:

  1. Email us at shopnutraglow@gmail.com
  2. Include your order details, clear photographs of the product, and the batch number of the affected item.

We will guide you through the refund or exchange process promptly.


Wrong Order Received

If you’ve received an incorrect order, please contact us at shopnutraglow@gmail.com immediately upon delivery. We will replace the incorrect item once it has been returned to us.


Order Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and packed for shipment, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated.

For orders made with Afterpay or other payment plans, changes or cancellations cannot be processed after confirmation.


For consumer safety, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds outside of the circumstances outlined above.
